One word sums it all up, and yet that is still not enough to convey how WONDERFUL Dede worked with us. Dede worked diligently and purposefully, visiting homes during our absence and giving reports and pictures. Wrote multiple offers (6, I believe), and ultimately directed us to our Florida slice of paradise. We could not have asked for a more considerate, hard-working, patient, kind, or genuinely GOOD person to guide us through this challenging real estate environment. Dede did a wonderful job selling my Mother's house in Sorrento East. She priced the house well for a quick sale. It sold in a month. Dede dealt with difficult buyers, managed to keep us calm and closed the deal. She recognized a fraudulent termite report, saving us a lot of money. I have purchased one house and sold two with her help. Dede makes buying and selling houses stress-free.

Even before we met her in person, Dede helped us bidding on a property online, something we had never considered.
