Dede Curran

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dede Curran. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and always followed up on our questions and concerns. She made excellent recommendations and gave good advice and, being from New York, we were glad to absorb her local knowledge. Even before we met her in person, Dede helped us bidding on a property online, something we had never considered. She fully explained how it would work and how would we have an opportunity to cancel once we saw the property which alleviated our concerns regarding online bidding. As it turned out, we were outbid on that property but much happier with the home we eventually purchased and Dede was instrumental in setting up the house inspection and recommending other local services. Even though we had a virtual closing, we were comfortable knowing Dede was there representing us. In conclusion, we will be recommending Ms. Curran and Michael Saunders & Company to all our friends when they come down to visit us and decide to be snowbirds like us.

One word sums it all up, and yet that is still not enough to convey how WONDERFUL Dede worked with us. Dede worked diligently and purposefully, visiting homes during our absence and giving reports and pictures. Wrote multiple offers (6, I believe), and ultimately directed us to our Florida slice of paradise. We could not have asked for a more considerate, hard-working, patient, kind, or genuinely GOOD person to guide us through this challenging real estate environment. We will be forever grateful that God brought us together and will add another friend to our world of people we enjoy getting to know.
